Tile and Grout Cleaning

  Neptunes 5 Step Process

1.  Floor prep. First we clear the area of furniture, pets and people. Then do a preliminary sweep and/or vacuum as needed. We do ask the homeowner to move any breakables or electronics to help expedite this process. *large/heavy furniture stays in place
2. Pretreat. We use a high alkaline pretreatment spray and is applied to the tiles and grout lines.  Some dwell time is needed here for best results. 
3. Scrub. After the pre-spray is applied, we start mechanically agitating the tile and grout lines. The machines used  are either a 175-swing machine or a counter-rotating-brush machine. In addition, we will hand brush hard to reach areas.
4. Extract. After the areas have been pretreated and scrubbed it's time to remove the dirt and debris. We use a hot water extraction method, which produces 800-1000 psi at 200 degrees of heat. As the water sprays down it is immediately removed with our powerful vacuum which is dry to the touch shortly after with the help of fans.
5. Seal. We suggest that after cleaning that sealer can be added to the grout lines to insure long lasting protection
